The Cincinnati Bearcats announced earlier this offseason that they would play the Louisville Cardinals in a two-game series at neutral sites over the next two years.
It was announced that this year's contest will take place at Heritage Banker Center on November 21st as part of the Care Sources Hoops Classic, something the Bearcats played in against the Dayton Flyers the past two seasons.
Louisville and Cincinnati renew a rivalry that dates back to 1921, playing in 100 games, with the Cardinals leading the series 56-44.
The two teams last faced off on November 23, 2022, in the Maui Invitational, where the Bearcats would win 81-62. David Dejulius was the leading scorer for the Bearcats with 26 points. He also added 2 rebounds and 2 assists.
