Three players on the Cincinnati Bearcats were ranked in the Top 100 of Bruce Feldman's yearly "Freaks List", which highlights athletic "freaks" in college football. Two of them are returners on defense, while the third is an incoming transfer on offense. One is a fifth-year team captain, and the other two are seniors who try to make a name for themselves. Check out the players below:

Dontay Corleone (DL, 6'1, 335 lbs.)

Dontay Corleone is set for his fifth and final season of college football after forgoing the NFL for the second consecutive year. He was ranked as the No. 14 player on Feldman's Freaks List, and for good reason. Corleone dealt with blood clots last offseason, which impacted his performance at the beginning of the year. Back at full health, Corelone is set to have another All-American caliber season, which he had in 2022.

At six-foot-one, 335 pounds, Corleone doesn't move or play as you would expect. He is extremely fast for his size, helping him get off the ball and disrupt all run plays inside the hashes. Corleone could have his best season yet.

Jeff Caldwell (WR, 6'5. 215 lbs.)

Jeff Caldwell is transferring in from Lindenwood, where he exploded for 11 touchdowns and 1,011 yards on 52 receptions last season. He was a finalist for the Walter Payton Award, regarded as the FCS equivalent of the Heisman Trophy. Standing at 6-foot-5, Caldwell will likely be the No.1 red zone threat for Bearcats alongside tight end Joe Royer. Caldwell has all the tools to have a great season, and that's why he comes in at No. 29 on Feldman's list.

Jake Golday (LB, 6'4, 240 lbs.)

Jake Golday played for the Arkansas State Bears in 2023 before transferring to Cincinnati last season and getting a Big 12 Newcomer of the Year nomination. He totaled 58 tackles, two pass deflections, two forced fumbles, and 1.5 sacks last season.

Going into his senior season at linebacker, Golday is set to be one of the key players on defense. Standing at six-foot-four, 240 pounds, he has the tools to be an impact player in pass coverage and in run defense. Golday is a ridiculous athlete, coming in at No. 48 on Feldman's list.
