With the 104th pick in the 2025 MLB Draft, the Los Angeles Dodgers selected Landyn Vidourek in the third round.

Vidourek played for the Cincinnati Bearcats for three seasons from 2023 to 2025. He was primarily a RHP in 2023 and 2024 and transitioned to an outfielder in 2025

Vidourek was selected to the honorable mention All-Big 12 team and was given an MLB combine visit were dis draft stock started to rise

Vidourek played 52 games last season and posted a .304 batting average, .434 in base percentage, .576 slugging average, and a 1.010 OPS.

Vidourek had 58 hits on the year, scoring 52 runs, 47 runs batted in, 39 stolen bases, and 14 home runs. Filling up the stat sheet all from top to bottom.

Vidourek can do it all, making him a promising prospect who shot up draft boards—being able to bat efficiently, steal bases, play good defense, and having some power goes a long way in the MLB.

Vidourek will likely start the season in 2026 for the Tulsa Drillers or Oklahoma City Comets, the Dodgers' AA and AAA affiliates, before he makes his way to the show. Only being 21 years old, Vidourek has a bright future ahead of him, and hopefully, we can see him in the MLB soon.
