Cleveland native and 2025 4-star power forward Damon Friery took an unofficial trip to visit with the Cincinnati Bearcats program in recent days!
Friery is currently the 3rd highest rated prospect from Ohio and the 22nd ranked power forward in the upcoming class according to 247 Sports.
In addition to taking recent visits to Cincinnati and Dayton this month, Friery has continued to rise the recruiting ranks in his junior campaign.
The St. Ignatius High School product picked up offers from several notable schools including Dayton, Georgia, Penn State and Virginia Tech.

Ohio product and 2026 5-star prospect Marcus Johnson should be considered a priority for the Bearcats coaching staff in the coming years!
Johnson took visits to Cincinnati and Ohio State in early August, and has brought in offers from Alabama, Illinois, LSU, West Virginia and more.
The Garfield Heights High School product is the top rated 2026 recruit from Ohio and 4th ranked point guard in the country per 247 Sports.
Wes Miller's staff should have a chance to land a commitment from Johnson but Ohio State is the current favorite according to On3 Recruiting.
