According to odds from FanDuel Sportsbook, the Cincinnati Bearcats are slender favorites over the Kansas Jayhawks prior to tip off!
Cincinnati opened as 1.5-point favorites over Kansas and the over/under is currently set at 137.5 total points via FanDuel Sportsbook.
It appeared the Bearcats were on the way to being eliminated but a 20-4 run helped fuel a comeback win over West Virginia on Tuesday.

Cincinnati Basketball: Bearcats open as 1.5-point favorites against Kansas
During the postgame press conference today, Wes Miller previewed the Big 12 Tournament matchup with Kansas via Cincinnati Athletics.
"It is going to be an opportunity for our group. We believe that we can play with anybody and we have proven that to ourselves this season."
Kansas is set to be without veteran duo Hunter Dickinson and Kevin McCullar, who will not play in the Big 12 Tournament due to recent injuries.
The winner will advance to take on the Baylor Bears in the Big 12 Tournament quarterfinals round on Thursday evening in Kansas City!
