Cincinnati Bearcats coach Wes Miller reacted to the acquisition of Texas transfer power forward Dillon Mitchell in a press release on Thursday!

"We can't wait to get Dillon and the rest of our players back to campus. He is one of the most dynamic and versatile players in the country!"

Mitchell was a dynamic 5-star prospect coming out of Montverde Academy and is now the 22nd highest rated transfer according to 247 Sports.

The former Texas forward added 9.6 points and 7.5 rebounds in his sophomore campaign with the Longhorns before committing to Cincinnati!

Cincinnati is led by returners Simas Lukosius, Jizzle James and Dan Skillings Jr, along with transfers Connor Hickman and Arrinten Page.

Following an impressive sophomore campaign, Mitchell brings his Big 12 experience and elite level athleticism to Cincinnati moving forward!

Page was a coveted 4-star prospect coming out of Wheeler High School and was the 4th highest ranked player out of Georgia per 247 Sports.
