Cincinnati Football: 2025 4-star target Mark Zackery IV commits to Notre Dame

Cincinnati Bearcats key target and 2025 4-star defensive back Mark Zackery IV committed to attend Notre Dame on Saturday afternoon.
Notre Dame was projected to land Zackery but Cincinnati was still under serious consideration along with fellow finalists Florida and Michigan.
The Ben Davis High School product would have been a big addition for the Bearcats upcoming class before he decided to commit elsewhere.
Zackery is the highest rated 2025 recruit from the state of Indiana and 7th ranked cornerback out of the 2025 class according to 247 Sports.

Indianapolis product and 2025 3-star offensive lineman Cameron Herron placed the Cincinnati Bearcats among his finalists in recent days!
Herron is considering scholarship offers by six schools in Cincinnati alongside Boston College, Iowa, Louisville, Northwestern and West Virginia.
Scott Satterfield's coaching staff will continue to target him going forward but Herron is projected to commit to Iowa according to On3 Recruiting.
The Warren Central High School standout took a trip to Cincinnati during the fall and is scheduled to return to campus for a visit later this month!
