Cincinnati Football: 2026 3-star tight end Preston Fryzel offered by the Bearcats

Toledo native and 2026 3-star tight end recruit Preston Fryzel officially received a scholarship offer from the Cincinnati Bearcats this week!

During his sophomore year at Central Catholic High School, Fryzel showed off his outstanding potential and gained traction in recent months.

Fryzel has been recruited by several programs alongside Cincinnati like Louisville and Toledo, plus took visits to Michigan State and Purdue.

Scott Satterfield's coaching staff will continue to recruit him but Fryzel is projected to eventually commit to Toledo according to On3 Recruiting.

Cincinnati product and 2027 3-star linebacker prospect Antwoine Higgins Jr gained an offer from the Bearcats on Thursday afternoon!

Higgins is being targeted by multiple programs alongside Cincinnati including Illinois, Kentucky, Oregon, Tennessee, West Virginia and others.

In addition to having 53 tackles as a freshman, Higgins had six tackles for loss and two sacks to go with four pass deflections last season.

The Anderson High School standout is the top rated linebacker in the 2027 class and flashed impressive athleticism in his freshman year!
