Cincinnati Football: Bearcats add Louisville transfer edge rusher Kameron Wilson

After entering the transfer portal in December, Louisville Cardinals defensive end Kameron Wilson committed to the Cincinnati Bearcats!
During three years with Louisville, Wilson totaled 21 tackles and two sacks including racking up a career-high 14 tackles in 12 games this season.
The Georgia product was a 3-star prospect at Mount Zion High School before committing to the Cardinals in 2019 according to 247 Sports.
Wilson should be a significant addition for the Bearcats defensive front next year after playing for Bryan Brown during his time at Louisville.

As the initial transfer portal window continues this month, the Bearcats added several notable players including a trio of standout defenders!
Cincinnati received a commitment from former Ohio State defensive back Kye Stokes, who will still have three years of eligibility remaining.
Stokes appeared in eight games with Ohio State as a freshman in 2022 but proceeded to play in limited action throughout this past season.
The Florida product was a 3-star prospect during high school and chose Ohio State over Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Notre Dame and more.
Cincinnati Football: Northern Illinois edge rusher George Gumbs transfers
Chicago native and former Northern Illinois edge rusher George Gumbs revealed he is planning to transfer to the Bearcats earlier this month!
During a breakout campaign this past season, Gumbs compiled 34 tackles, 3.5 sacks and two forced fumbles in 12 games with the Huskies.
Gumbs is an intriguing addition for the Bearcats after he was moved from wide receiver to edge rusher at Northern Illinois less than a year ago.
