Cincinnati Football: Jowon Briggs receives invitation to compete in Hula Bowl

Cincinnati native and Bearcats senior defensive lineman Jowon Briggs received an invitation to compete in the 2024 Hula Bowl next month!
During his memorable career with the Bearcats, Briggs developed into a key part of the defense with 130 tackles and eight sacks in three years.
The annual Hula Bowl gives prospects a chance to showcase their potential and skillset in front of scouts prior to the upcoming NFL Draft.
With over three months until the 2024 NFL Draft, Briggs will get a chance to impress scouts at the Hula Bowl and potentially improve his stock.

Cincinnati Football: Jowon Briggs invited to compete in annual Hula Bowl
Chicago native and former Northern Illinois edge rusher George Gumbs revealed he is planning to transfer to the Bearcats earlier this month!
During a breakout campaign this past season, Gumbs compiled 34 tackles, 3.5 sacks and two forced fumbles in 12 games with the Huskies.
Gumbs is an intriguing addition for the Bearcats after he was moved from wide receiver to edge rusher at Northern Illinois less than a year ago.
