Cincinnati Bearcats veteran defensive lineman Jowon Briggs showed his impressive potential at the inaugural Big 12 Pro Day this weekend!

Briggs had the most reps on the bench press of any prospect competing at Big 12 Pro Day or in the NFL Combine with 39 reps of 225 pounds.

The Cincinnati product improved his draft stock after recording a 5.0-second time in the 40-yard dash and a 26-inch leap in the vertical jump.
