Georgia native and West Virginia linebacker Jared Bartlett announced his commitment to join the Cincinnati Bearcats on Sunday night!
Following four years at West Virginia, Bartlett decided to enter the portal in recent days and eventually landed on transferring to Cincinnati.
The former 3-star recruit posted 49 tackles and 4.5 sacks this season, highlighted by a six-tackle showing in the Mayo Bowl victory last month.
With an opportunity to close out his career on a high note, Bartlett will bring plenty of experience and versatility to the Bearcats defense next year.

Other additions for Cincinnati include Grambling State running back Chance Williams, Wisconsin defensive end Darian Varner and more!
The Bearcats picked up multiple transfers last month including Ohio State safety Kye Stokes and Louisville edge rusher Kameron Wilson.
Varner compiled 7.5 sacks en route to receiving All-AAC First Team recognition with Temple in 2022 before transferring to Wisconsin last year.
Williams posted a team-high 890 rushing yards and seven total touchdowns with 6.0 yards per carry at Grambling State in this past season.
