As the regular season comes to an end, the Bearcats finish the season with a 37-19 record, going 17-13 in the Big 12, good enough for 12th in conference. The Bearcats would finish behind Kansas, West Virginia, Arizona State, Central Florida, and Texas Christian. Cincinnati has a 102-70 record under Jordan Bischel since he was hired in 2024. Bischel brought the Bearcats to the regional stage of the tournament last season, where the Bearcats would lose in Knoxville to the Wake Forest demon deacons in an elimination game.
The Team isn't short on MLB talent either. Coats is tied with Hunter Ray of Farleigh Dickinson and behind Kollin Ritchie of Oklahoma State and Tague Davis of Louisville.
Jack Natili is second on the team in home runs with 16, but leads the team in doubles with 14 and triples with 3. Natili is second on the team in RBI's with 59, behind Coats' 78. He bats .338 on the season and has an on-base percentage of .419. Enzo Infelise leads the team with a batting average of .374.
