Cincinnati Bearcats Guard Baba Miller improved his draft stock a ton during the NBA Combine, now being projected to be drafted by the Spurs No. 44 overall by the San Antonio Spurs in the second round and maybe even as early as the first round according to some reports.
Miller was measured at 6-foot-10 and a half with a 7-foot-2 wingspan and 9-foot-3 standing reach. Those measurements, combined with a great set of physical attributes, made Miller destined to move up in the mock drafts. He scored 20 points in the first scrimmage of the combine, turning heads early in the weekend. To go along with his 20 points, Miller grabbed eight rebounds, showing that his frame isn't going to be an issue at the NBA level. NBA Draft Express' Johnathon Givony believes Miller "looked like a first-round pick in the opening scrimmage", noting that Miller showed off unique two-way versatility at his height and with his reach.
Miller shot just over 29% from three-point range in four college seasons at FAU, Florida State, and Cincinnati, but knocked down a pair of threes in the scrimmage as well.
Miller averaged 13.0 points, 10.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.2 blocks on 52.9% shooting from the field. In his lone season in Cincinnati, Miller earned All-Big 12 honors, being selected to the Second team. His best performance of the season came in a 77-68 home win against Colorado, where Miller scored 25 points, had 11 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 blocks on 10-17 shooting.

Love that he elected to play again this afternoon rather than rest on the laurels of his 20-point opener. pic.twitter.com/5XO7rMbbEF
