Cincinnati Basketball: Bearcats meet Kansas in Big 12 Tournament second round

Big 12 Tournament play will continue on as the Cincinnati Bearcats face the Kansas Jayhawks in the second round on Wednesday evening!

Cincinnati opened as 1.5-point favorites over Kansas and the over/under is currently set at 137.5 total points via FanDuel Sportsbook.

It appeared the Bearcats were on the way to being eliminated but a 20-4 run helped fuel a comeback win over West Virginia on Tuesday.

Wes Miller's team improved to 19-13 with the first round win and will try to keep the season alive in the Big 12 Tournament second round!

During the postgame press conference today, Miller previewed the Big 12 Tournament game against the Jayhawks per Cincinnati Athletics.

"It is going to be an opportunity for our group. We believe that we can play with anybody and we have proven that to ourselves this season."

Kansas is set to be without star veteran tandem Hunter Dickinson and Kevin McCullar, who won't play in the Big 12 Tournament due to injuries.

The winner will advance to take on the Baylor Bears in the Big 12 Tournament quarterfinals round on Thursday at the T-Mobile Center!
