Cincinnati Basketball: Bearcats prepare to hold annual Senior Day ceremony

Cincinnati Bearcats senior duo John Newman III and Ody Oguama will be honored with an annual Senior Day ceremony at Fifth Third Arena!
Newman began his career with Clemson before joining the Bearcats in 2021 and becoming one of the best players on the team this season.
Oguama opted to transfer to Cincinnati in 2021 after two years at Wake Forest and has started in 29 games over the last three campaigns.
The Bearcats will have an opportunity to earn a memorable win over West Virginia on Senior Day and finish the regular season on a positive note!

Following a narrow win against Kansas State last week, Newman looked ahead to the final stretch of the season via Cincinnati Athletics.
“We have guys with experience. Around this time of year, it’s time to kick into another gear, lock in and get better, and then just try to make a push."
