After adding multiple players from the portal in recent weeks, the Cincinnati Bearcats coaching staff reached out to a pair of veteran transfers!

Cincinnati has reportedly expressed interest in former Memphis senior wing Jaykwon Walton and Saint Leo senior point guard Grant Disken.

Disken averaged 12.9 points and 2.2 assists per game on 36.8 percent shooting from the 3-point line in 28 games with Saint Leo a season ago.

Walton began his career at Georgia before going to Memphis and Wichita State, plus was a 4-star prospect in the transfer rankings per 247 Sports.

North Florida guard Chaz Lanier alongside Texas power forward Dillon Mitchell are among the top transfer players to be connected to the Bearcats.

Lanier earned interest from plenty of prominent programs along with Cincinnati including Duke, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisville, Villanova and more!

Mitchell was a coveted 5-star prospect coming out of Montverde Academy and is now the 22nd ranked transfer in the portal via 247 Sports.

The former Texas forward posted 9.6 points and 7.5 rebounds in his sophomore season with the Longhorns before deciding to enter the portal.
