Cincinnati Basketball: Iowa State takes advantage of the Bearcats sloppy outing
Cincinnati committed 14 turnovers throughout the opening half and went onto finish with the most turnovers (25) in a game since 2006.
Despite entering the matchup as slight favorites, the Bearcats weren’t able to find a lot of success against one of the Big 12's toughest defenses.
It was a frustrating loss as Cincinnati failed to avoid miscues en route to having a season-high in turnovers with 16 minutes left in regulation.
The Bearcats will look to get back in the win column on a road trip to face the conference rival UCF Knights on Saturday afternoon.
