Georgia native and rising 2025 defensive back prospect Patrick Williams verbally committed to the Cincinnati Bearcats on Monday afternoon!
Scott Satterfield's staff kicked off Christmas Day with a commitment from Williams as the 2025 recruiting class continues to come together.
The Georgia native took a visit to Tennessee and was initially projected to pick Vanderbilt before eventually landing on Cincinnati last weekend.
Williams isn't ranked on any major recruiting site but was a notable addition for the Bearcats after receiving All-State recognition this season.

Following the commitment, the Bearcats 2025 class includes quarterback Zebulin Kinsey and tight end Kamaurri Smith alongside Williams!
Kinsey received offers from a couple of Big 12 programs in Oklahoma State and West Virginia, while recently visiting Cincinnati and Penn State.
Prior to his junior campaign, Williams earned an offer from the Bearcats before later announcing his verbal commitment with 2024 coming up.
Several notable 2025 prospects received offers from Cincinnati including defensive end Lajesse Harrold, wide receiver Gerritt Kemp and more.

Cincinnati picked up official signings by 4-star cornerback Daniel James, 3-star wide receiver Kale Woodburn and more on Wednesday night.
Other prospects that have signed with Cincinnati are 3-star wide receiver Dakarai Anderson along with 3-star defensive lineman Lendric Barber.
The Bearcats also officially signed 3-star safety Willie Goodwyn, 3-star cornerback Jiquan Sanks, 3-star safety Marquavious Saboor and more.
Woodburn displayed dynamic ability at Houston County High School and will bring depth to the Bearcats receiver room in the coming years.
