Cincinnati recently revealed the conference opponents for the initial Big 12 campaign including several programs coming to Fifth Third Arena!

The Bearcats will head to Baylor, BYU, Kansas and Texas Tech, while Iowa State, Kansas State, Oklahoma State and Texas travel to Cincinnati.

According to a recent report by CBS Sports insider Jon Rothstein, the Bearcats scheduled a pair of matchups against ACC foe Georgia Tech.

Cincinnati is set to host the non-conference matchup this season before traveling to Atlanta to face Georgia Tech the following year.

The most recent meeting with Georgia Tech was in the 1996 NCAA Tournament as Danny Fortson fueled the Bearcats to a win.

With a berth in the regional final up for grabs, Fortson compiled 12 points and 16 rebounds to help outlast Stephon Marbury and company.

Cincinnati recently announced upcoming non-conference matchups against Detroit Mercy and Eastern Washington are scheduled for next fall.

Following the season opener against Detroit Mercy in early November, the Bearcats will take on Dayton, Northern Kentucky, Xavier and more.

Going back to the first meeting more than a century ago, Cincinnati played Dayton second-most of any opponent with a 60-31 all-time record.

The annual Crosstown Shootout matchup against rival Xavier is set to take place on Saturday, December 9 at the Cintas Center!
