Former Cincinnati Bearcats basketball player Aziz Bandaogo has signed a deal with the Onvo Büyükçekmece Basketball Club.
Bandaogo played with the Cincinnati Bearcats the last two seasons and entered the transfer portal regardless of his eligibility status. The NCAA denied his waiver for another year of eligibility, and he wasn't given any opportunities with NBA teams.
In two seasons at Cincinnati, Bandaogo averaged 7.0 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks per game in 64 games in a Bearcat jersey.
Bandaogo joins a very large group of former Bearcats to have success overseas playing basketball. Simas Lukusius, David Dejulius, John Newman III, Ody Oguama, and Troy Caupain.
💙Hoş Geldin Aziz Bandaogo! 🏀
