Cincinnati Basketball: Bearcats face West Virginia in Big 12 Tournament debut

Big 12 Tournament play gets underway as the Cincinnati Bearcats will face the West Virginia Mountaineers in the first round on Tuesday!
Cincinnati opened as 10.5-point favorites over West Virginia with the over/under currently set at 144.5 total points via FanDuel Sportsbook.
The Bearcats used a dominant second half run to blow past West Virginia 92-56 in the regular season finale on Saturday at Fifth Third Arena.
Wes Miller's team improved to 18-13 with the resounding win and will try to keep the season alive in the Big 12 Tournament going forward!

Cincinnati forward John Newman III racked up 14 points on Senior Day, and Daniel Skillings Jr posted a team-best 17 points in a blowout win.
During a recent press conference on Saturday, Miller looked ahead to the Big 12 Tournament against West Virginia via Cincinnati Athletics.
"We have a ton of respect for West Virginia and understand how good we're going to have to be on a neutral floor in the conference tournament."
The winner will advance to take on the Kansas Jayhawks in the second round of the Big 12 Tournament on Wednesday in Kansas City!
